“ Food is amazing! 4 stars because I asked for birria for my nachos, but they gave me asada instead. But it's okay, it was still good. But I really wanted birria. Anywho, their birria ....WOWWWWW. Their bbq pork...WOWWW. They're Al pastor..WOW. Literally some of the best protein I've ever had. Everything was so tasty. Even the beans and rice were super tasty. We drove from Santa Ana to Riverside to try this spot and don't regret it at all! ”
“ Amazing. Jaw dropping. Finger licking deliciousness. I have no other words to describe how great of a journey it was to discover this sweet taco truck! Looking up vegan food in new places for me on a whim hardly ever lands with options of fully plant based locations, so to find this 100% plant based truck was the first green flag! I cannot express how exciting it was to find such an authentic Mexican food truck ; they have several "meat" options (chorizo, Al pastor, and birria all pass with flying colors in my eyes), tacos come even with a lime and garnished with cilantro/onions, and were all so generously priced! Such a good amount of food for the prices listed and they even sell their yummy plant based meat alternatives on their own to be cooked at home and used in other ways. The Al pastor had to be my favorite - a perfect blend of flavors that were sweet with pineapple and just a hint of spice on my tongue. It took about 15-20 minutes for my order of 2 tacos and loaded fries and it was worth every minute. They are located on the corner of an open lot, so there was tons of parking available. I loved every aspect of this concept and am looking forward to exhausting all possible options and taste testing all menu items! I saw that they are available on DoorDash, Uber eats, etc as well (love the convenience!!) ”

“ Came to Vegan Vatoz for the first time today after seeing an ad on Instagram! Friendly service and great food. I tried their California burrito and their horchata and both were tasty. I can confidently say that their California burrito tastes better than any California burrito I had with meat prior to going plant-based. Would love to see them out near McKinley in Corona, and I will definitely be coming back for more. ”
“ I got the asada and al pastor street tacos and they are full of flavor and very well seasoned! Normally, the vegan tacos I get at other places have very little protein and are expensive but they really put a lot of protein on the tacos here!! I can normally eat like 4 street tacos but I was only able to eat 2 since the amount of protein got me full fast lol!! The chef working was also very kind and I can tell he really cares and values his customers. I think the price is very reasonable considering the amount of food you get as well as how delicious and great the quality is. The fact that this place is all vegan makes me happy since I can't eat authentic Mexican food like this anymore since it's not super common. I can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! 10/10 would recommend! ”

“ Funny, this place has had a run in Murrieta, which is closer to me, but I've only managed to try them elsewhere. First in LA at some vegan fest and this time, in Riverside. I love their fries. I wouldn't mind more salt but the texture is always on point. Ordered their asada tacos and another taco that was some new protein they had mentioned. These were just like street tacos. I mean everything that comes to mind with street tacos, including the lime, is here. Would love to try more of their menu and certainly plan to. Give them a try if you ever catch them in your area. ”
“ Amazing. Wonderful. I'll definitely be back. I'm almost too afraid to give this review to the world cause I lowkey want to gatekeep this place for my own tastebuds. But they deserve the business. Just marvelous. I never had vegan tacos like this. Also got the Asada burrito. It was so yummy. 10/10 If you don't pull up.... you're missing out. And the staff/owners were amazing. Very informative and great conversation was had. I WILL BE BACKKKKK! ”
“ Visiting Riverside on a day trip and what a good lunch to start us off. The fish taco was divine- I could have just had all fish tacos and been happy. Just the right about the sauce and veggies, light and delicious. Very cool to get a taquito, not really a vegan option very often. Owner and chef were very nice, set us up with tables since we came right at open. They also gave us good vegan recommendations in the city. Casual set up, I think tacos are best eaten immediately, so had them fresh and warm right in the parking lot. ”
